Direct Primary Care

Direct primary care (DPC) is a healthcare model in which our patients pay a monthly or yearly membership fee in exchange for comprehensive primary care services. In this model, our patients have direct access to their primary care provider without the need for insurance or copayments for each visit. This direct relationship between our patients and their primary care provider is the hallmark of our DPC service.

  • Rapid strep, flu, urinalysis, urine pregnancy test at no extra charge

  • Medication injections: Solumedrol (steroid), Toradol (ketorolac), Phenergan (promethazine) when medically appropriate at no extra charge

  • Tuberculosis test (PPD)

  • Vision and Hearing Screening

  • Additional procedures may be added by Provider on an ongiong basis.

Pricing

Individual Membership:

Ages 18 - 49: $80/month

Ages 50 - 64: $100/month

Ages 65+: $125/month

Registration fee $250

 

10% discount for Prepaid Annual Payment of Individual Membership. Other discounts may be offered at the discretion of the treating Provider.

Business Membership:

Businesses/Corporations (at least 5 employees – must be a legitimate business): $70/month/employee (flat) – one-time registration fee of $250

Membership fee is due monthly and is guaranteed for one year from the date enrollment.

Seasonal Memberships: We are not able to accommodate seasonal memberships for our part-time residents at this time.
