1 times per week for 16 weeks. Each treatment 40 min on abdominals & inner thighs, 40 min on arms and outer thighs.

2 times per week for 8 weeks. Each treatment 30 min on abdominals & thighs.

2 times per week for 6 weeks. Each treatment 30 min on abdominals & 30 min on buttocks.

3 times per week for 8 weeks. Each treatment 35 min on abdomen.
