Studies show enclomiphene significantly increases a man's testosterone up to 2.5 times while maintaining size, function, and fertility. Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator that increases your natural testosterone production without the testicular shutdown, shrinkage, infertility, or injections. Enclomiphene citrate is one of 2 isomers found in Clomid. Clomid, also consisting of zuclomiphene, has been used off label in men to increase testosterone and sperm. On testosterone injections, men will start to feel more energy in about 2 weeks. They feel more mental clarity and improvement in their mood after 2 weeks. Men also report a better night sleep in the first 2 weeks. After 1 month men feel increased sexual libido and motivation. Around 6 months after starting treatment, men feel improvement in their erectile dysfunction. They also find they are losing weight and maintaining muscle mass. Side effects may include acne which may improve after six months, and increased hematocrit. Frequent labs is important to help manage hematocrit. Hair loss may also occur as well as increased in breast tissue. Some men experience a deepening of the voice. On Enclomiphene, men report better sleep and more energy in 1-2 weeks. Mood and mental clarity improves by 1 month. Sexual libido improves after 2- 4 weeks. Testes may increase in size after 1 month. Men report muscle mass gain and weight loss after 3 months. Erectile dysfunction improves after around 3 months. Side effects are minimum, some men may experience acne.

Patients begin losing weight after the first injection. Higher doses may be needed for continued weight loss. Patients have experienced a 5-10% weight loss after 12 weeks and 12% in 28 weeks. Side effects may include nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, and constipation. Many of these symptoms are due to the mechanism of action of semaglutide and can be managed by eating smaller meals and drinking more water. It is very important to stay well hydrated while on semaglutide as your body is going through many changes. Side effects usually only last a few weeks.

We look at total and free testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, sex hormone-binding globulin, estradiol, hematocrit, lipids, thyroid function, glucose, prostate specific antigen, and general chemistry looking at kidney and liver function Labs are required prior to starting treatment, after 3 months, and then as needed or every 6 months. Weight loss - Blood work is required for weight loss to diagnose elevated cholesterol or lipids and thyroid function problems, to diagnose diabetes mellitus, to diagnose and manage metabolic syndrome, and to track improvement and adjust dosing. Blood work may also include a hormone panel. Labs are required prior to starting treatment then after 3 months. Peptides - An IGF-1 is drawn to dose peptides and re-checked after 3 months. Levels will be maintained between 200-300 for optimum health, but as always, personalized per patient's symptoms and goals.

Very few insurance companies have coverage that covers sexual health and well being and weight loss. They classify these services as “wellness-based” therefore not “medically necessary”. If your insurance does cover the service, we give you the proper documentation to submit and they will reimburse you directly. Waiting for insurance approval for tests and procedures inhibits our ability to best serve the patient. However, we do accept FSA/HSA cards.

All of our prescription medication is specifically formulated for the individual and cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, all sales are final as we cannot accept returns on prescription medication.
